Your appointments are too far apart from each other. I ended up going 800 miles over my required service because you didn't have appointments available for over a month. Additionally, I was forced to use a Uber to get me back-and-forth to your dealership. And I have an office in National city within 5 miles of your dealership. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that after booking online, I was not made aware that the initial diagnostic for my car would take 4 days. Regardless of whether this is typical for your dealer booking online, I was not made aware that the initial diagnostic for my car would take 4 days. Regardless of whether this is typical for your dealership or all dealerships it certainly isn’t typical for all auto shops and was extremely surprising to me when I dropped my car off. Luckily I was able to find a way to make it work but it wouldn’t have been a problem at all had I been aware of this before arriving so I could have planned for that length of time. Despite the long wait without a car, Hyundai itself has an absurdly generous warranty program so it was worth waiting the extra time for a free diagnosis and repair. However, I’m giving the dealership itself 3 stars for not communicating the potential length of diagnosis upon booking and instead waiting until I arrived to do so. More
