Wrost dealer ever bought from!!! Worst dealership I have ever bought from! Bought a Chrysler SRT8 from there and had to have a headlight fixed so I left it there till it was fixed and Worst dealership I have ever bought from! Bought a Chrysler SRT8 from there and had to have a headlight fixed so I left it there till it was fixed and was there for over a week after buying it! And after I had to get after them they "supposedly fixed" they just gobbled all the wiring up and broke stuff that wasn't broke. When I wasn't prepared to throw a ballpark or maximum price out just yet, he understood but proceeded to help me look at options. I returned the following week to close the deal. The staff I worked with - Tim and financing manager Brenna - helped make the process painless. Perhaps the best anecdotal evidence I can provide that attests to Tim’s level of care is in the detailing of my purchase. Unfortunately, due to some confusion, the detail team started on my new car but didn’t finish – closing and locking up the garage with my new purchase locked inside. Tim, despite it being after 8 p.m., went to the garage and gave the vehicle a thorough wipe-down and cleaning. He apologized profusely for not having the detail job complete in time for me to leave and said that when I brought it back in after the weekend, he would see to it that my vehicle is thoroughly detailed.
