New 2014 Tahoe purchase I had been looking at buying a new 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe and saw this one for sale at the Dan Cummins Dealership through Auto Trader. I called to make I had been looking at buying a new 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe and saw this one for sale at the Dan Cummins Dealership through Auto Trader. I called to make sure the Tahoe was still available and jumped in my 2002 Tahoe to check it out. It was a 3 hour trip but the price and incentives was worth the trip(not to mention the beautiful homes and horse farms in Paris, Kentucky). When I drove in I could not believe the amount of vehicles for sale on the lot-in fact I drove around and could not find the 2014 Tahoe and thought they might have sold it. I went into the dealership and ran into Ciprian Zisu. I asked about the 2014 Tahoe and he took me right to the SUV and threw me the keys and told me to check it out while he had to move another car to get this one out. He could tell I was interested and had drove along way to check this Tahoe out. He said to start it up and lets go for a ride. The gentleman was a excellent salesman and not overbearing like most. He was pointing out things on the vehicle that I probably wouldn't have noticed or would have not ask about. He made sure that I understood everything about the Tahoe and wanted me to be satisfied with the new purchase and also the trade of my 2002 Tahoe. Before I left the dealership-they also had a very pretty lady with a nice Italian name of Jennifer Polisano go over my new purchase and answer any questions that I might have. Adam Brown the finance manager was also great to work with and can answer any questions with the financing. Overall it was a excellent experience with the dealership and especially Mr. Ciprian Zisu who went out of his way to make sure that I was not only getting the best deal possible but that I was completely satisfied with my new 2014 Tahoe! They Made It Right I've waited 2 weeks to write this review. We purchased a preowned vehicle to replace a car totaled in an accident. We did tons of research online to find what we wanted. Dan Cummins had the best price and more than one that we were interested in. We sent a request online and were contacted promptly. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. We were greeted when we arrived and offered test drives. David Hale took good care of us, answered our questions and gave honest feedback. We were then handed to Evan (David had to leave the lot for an appointment). Evan took care of our purchase. Buying a car is never quick but at least he made it painless. When we came back that evening to pick up the car, we realized that Bluetooth was not on the car. Due to a misunderstanding, we thought it was. They immediately stepped in and offered to have it installed while we were out of town the following week and make it right. Once we returned, we had our mechanic take a look at it and and there were some mechanical repairs that needed to be made. They were covered by our 4,000 warranty and Jeff in service even hooked me up with a loaner to drive for the day. Everyone was courteous and professional. I do wish it didn't take what felt like all day to buy a car. However, every time I've purchased one, the process has been the same. Dan Cummins did everything they said they would; quickly and fairly. The staff followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was right. I'd gladly recommend Dan Cummins to others and would go there for service and purchasing again. More
