Great experience! Before my visit Adrianne reached out to pre-approve the purchase then Tyler and Jason worked the entire day to get me into a vehicle that fit my demands. Found the perfect car at the perfe pre-approve the purchase then Tyler and Jason worked the entire day to get me into a vehicle that fit my demands. Found the perfect car at the perfect price but lacked heated seats (one of my absolute musts). Both Tyler and Jason called around to find the best deal on having the heaters installed at the dealer's cost. Christian in finance was amazing as well, gave me a great deal on an extended warranty and gap insurance and walked me through tips and tricks to save money on the loan. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Dan Cummins Paris! More

I went in interest of 2 trucks. But mainly one. They said both were available. After 2 hour drive salesman said the one was sold. I was approved for 2 loans. After I found out one was sold, they got me inter both were available. After 2 hour drive salesman said the one was sold. I was approved for 2 loans. After I found out one was sold, they got me interested in a new one. I said hold both for me. I’ll be back with checks. Got check for one truck and went to pick it up. Found out they sold the new one out from under me. Make matters worse, it looked like they still had the truck I really wanted available but I could no longer buy it. I had already gotten that loan cancelled and preapproved for the new one. And to beat all, they dropped the price on the cheaper truck after I had already said hold it I’m coming back with a check. But they still made me pay the higher price More
