I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Sienna from Dan Deery Toyota. We knew we wanted a Toyota, and buying local was very important to us. I worked with Cody and DJ, both were extremely knowle from Dan Deery Toyota. We knew we wanted a Toyota, and buying local was very important to us. I worked with Cody and DJ, both were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They truly listened to what I was looking for and took my specific requests seriously when helping me find the right vehicle. I never felt pressured, and they made everything easy to understand. We also enjoyed working with the Finance Manager Tammy. She made my purchase incredibly streamlined by working directly with my financial institution. That extra step saved time and made the financing portion seamless and efficient. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service, from reviewing the vehicle online to in-person purchasing. With being located in Des Moines, Cody Zey humbly worked with a couple of my local family members and ultimately pack online to in-person purchasing. With being located in Des Moines, Cody Zey humbly worked with a couple of my local family members and ultimately packaged up a beautiful truck for me to purchase. He made the trade/buying experience painless, especially since most of it was via phone. Since he could not be there when I went to purchase, he entrusted Andy Page to finalize my deal. Andy was extremely attentive and took care of our every need even while balancing other customers. The team was incredible to work with and even followed through on a request following the closure.
