He set us up with Mark C. for a test drive and to go over the features of the car. The 2026 Prius plugin has hundreds of menus,buttons, settings and Mark patiently went over every one. We appreciated his insights on the features as he went through them. He actually came in on his day off, but he stayed past close to make sure our phones were connected and we got logged into the app. We never felt rushed. Mark is truly a car enthusiast and his passion for Toyotas was evident. Was even able to help me match my credit union's financing rate. She knew I was coming from WI, so ensured all was set for the very next morning when I arrived. Worked with Andy & Cody from there on the actual test drive & getting set up with the vehicle - both great guys to work with as well. Andy made the process extremely easy & kept things rolling so we weren't stuck at the dealer all day. Has been great communicating with him over text - he's extremely responsive & just a very friendly guy in general. Even the trade-in process for our older vehicle was super simple - Cody & his team didn't haggle with us on the #s there which was awesome. We did have a slight issue with the audio on the vehicle, but Cody & Andy made sure their master tech was able to get things squared away ASAP. Though we ended up needing to drive home in our trade, they made sure we had a full tank of gas & lined up a delivery driver to get us our new car at no cost to us & within 2 business days.
