I came to Dan Deery this last Saturday and purchased a new car. Drake was my salesperson and he was very helpful with getting me financed after I hit a deer with my last car. Over 30 days without a title, paid cash in full. Wasn't shown cars I contacted them about. This SUV doesn't have the options I need in a car or was one that I researched on line. I hate the car because of the title situation, not having the options I needed. My previous car was stolen so I did need a car but feel I was played by not seeing 1 of the 5 cars I was supposed to see after getting a ride to another city. Also not given replacement cars that I could pick to test. I admit I should have walked away but I had bought my husbands car there and thought it would be fair. I am now stuck with a car I hate unless I want to lose money on trading it in. If I don't receive the title in the next few days I will take legal action. I bought it on January 18th and it's February 28th. I would stay away from this dealership as happy customers are not important to them. It's to sell you something and not caring after the sell.i will be definitely going somewhere else to buy next time. More
