We did this because we live 6 hours from the dealership and this was our daughters first nice vehicle purchase, So we got on the road a bit before 6 am and arrived at the dealership around noon, all of the paperwork was ready and the vehicle was backed into a parking spot waiting for us when we arrived. Now mind you this was a toyota certified used car and not some junker, as we looked the vehicle over "thankfully before signing paperwork" we noticed numerous poorly fixed scratches, an incense stick wedged between the dash and the windshield just not the best first impression. The real slap in the face was the major damage on the roof it appears that a tree branch had fallen on it and no one at the dealership mentioned the damage once in all of our conversations, in fact they acted surprised that there was damage absolutely impossible to miss this as it went from one side to the other. I would like to thank Dan Deery Toyota for wasting most of my weekend, wasting my money on gas and mostly for teaching my daughter that people are dishonest no matter how nice they seem. More

However, my experience dealing with Whitney Grove was anything but! We randomly were placed with Whitney when we came to test drive a car. When that car didn't work out, she had some others ready to go. The two vehicles were very similar, but she gave us her honest opinion about both. Never once did she jump ahead and ask how we were going to pay... or if we were going to lease (like other dealers). She was solely focused on helping us pick out the best vehicle. Whitney is a mom and VERY relatable! I will buy from her again in the future! More
