Mike Elling is great! I had bought my last 3 Toyotas from a different dealership, and when it came time to buy again I contacted them on a couple of different occasions. The salesman knew less than I did about a new trim level coming out and asked it I was sure I wanted the color I asked for because it would be hard to get. When I contacted the truck manager and asked for someone who knew about the truck I was looking for, I waited 2 days before I was referred back to the same salesman. Email responses to inquiries were slow or non existent. They acted as though my business was not important to them. I then contacted Mike Elling at Dan Deery Toyota who said he would get whatever I wanted and if he didn't know an answer to my questions he made some phone calls and got me a response from his contacts in the industry. He was knowledgeable, helpful and represented my interests as well as those of the dealership. He and Dan Deery Toyota have earned my future business by treating me as a needed customer.
