He obviously knew the inventory well and was very familiar with the car we ultimately purchased. During our test drive we noticed a noise that could indicate a small problem. Bill readily offered to have the service department find the problem and fix it. Which they did.( while we waited for information we had coffee and delicious cookies) Bill then went beyond normal sales and delivered the car personally the next day. We were under some time constraints so it was nice to work with a sales person who had such a friendly, straightforward, and helpful way of dealing with his customers. It was obvious that Mr Stoler enjoyed his job and dealing with people during what could be a very stressful time. His attitude allowed us to feel comfortable and listened to during the whole process. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends to Dan Deery Toyota to work with Bill Stoller. He sits at the first desk as you enter the showroom, is attentive and will start the entire task of buying a vehicle with a welcoming greeting and a friendly smile. More
