Service Center is a joke. Bought my car from here 5 years ago and it was a smooth process. This review is for their Service Department. Took my car in two days ago because it k Bought my car from here 5 years ago and it was a smooth process. This review is for their Service Department. Took my car in two days ago because it kept randomly dying and the headlights were flickering. They said everything checked out normal and could they not "duplicate the problem." They then told me to record the problem on my phone then schedule another appointment. I already had to take 3 hours off work because their hours suck. Not doing it again. Here I am, two days later, stranded in the grocery store parking lot with a dead car because Dan Deery told me there was nothing wrong with my car. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with them. I've definitely learned my lesson this time--I will NEVER go back. More
