It feels so hard to write this specially when it is the first time for me to write a review about a business and it is a negative review. I told specifically I am here for oil and filter change. They charg first time for me to write a review about a business and it is a negative review. I told specifically I am here for oil and filter change. They charged me additionally for multipoint inspection and tire rotation without my request or even asking me first. They even did not provide the report of the multipoint inspection, and its findings. As a result I have been charged $72.88 extra plus the taxes. I hope someone has time to gather information to see if this is happening to old people like me only or to all range of customers. This should not happen in a great country like ours. Dan Perkins Subaru should respect the trust that its customers have put on it. More
