This service was a nightmare and I am hoping they can correct the mistakes they made. Will update if they do. Went there for an oil change - basic 36k mi service. Will put the worst 1st 1) the car was smelling of smoke. Opened the hood and smoke everywhere. 2) the basic inspection sheet wasn’t provided as the tech was new and did have Subaru access. So the advisor had them do it while I waited another hour for it. 3) Trivial detail - was told the car is vacuumed but it wasn’t - so that means not being truthful to the customer More
