Was pretty disappointed in the service dept. when I scheduled the appointment they failed to mention that it would take 2 to 3 hours to do the 18,000 mile service on my car went all the way down when I scheduled the appointment they failed to mention that it would take 2 to 3 hours to do the 18,000 mile service on my car went all the way down there from Monroe to Milford and had to cancel the appointment and reschedule it. Made an appointment which wasn’t too difficult for a Saturday that I wasn’t working so that I didn’t have to worry about sitting around for three hours. Any other time I’ve brought my car to a dealership after they were done doing the service thing at least moderately detail the inside of the car and washed the exterior. Neither one of these pleasantries were done. In fact there was more dirt on the floorboards then when I dropped it off. Someone from the service department did call me the next day to ask me how everything had gone. That is always appreciated. That being said the next time my car needs service I will be taking it to where I bought it colonial in Danbury. More

Miss the bagels. The wait is always too long, even for a simple oil change. However, staff are nice to work with. I was there for a problem with my Android Auto app. The wait is always too long, even for a simple oil change. However, staff are nice to work with. I was there for a problem with my Android Auto app. It will remain a problem. This is my 2nd Subaru which I had a problem with that app that works fine in my husband's Honda. I am not switching cars (this is my 4th Subaru) or phones (love my Samsung) just to have the app work correctly. Please figure out a solution, the TomTom navigation system pales compare to Google maps. More
