I have been going to Dan Perkins Subaru service department for seven y took care of me right away. She was so helpful and caring and so professional. I have been going to Dan Perkins Subaru service department for seven years and have always been well taken care of. A lot of my friends say they don't go back to their dealerships for service because they don't trust their dealerships. I tell them that I have great trust in the Dan Perkins Subaru Service Team because of people like Jammell and David, who have always been so helpful to me. More

I called around various Subaru dealerships looking for an Ascent. I got great service and a great deal from Tony and Dan Perkins. So great that I drove nearly 3 hours from Vermont to Connecticut to pick up t Ascent. I got great service and a great deal from Tony and Dan Perkins. HORRIBLE. I had scheduled a time to come in to take a look at a Crosstrek (I shouldn't have bothered because the showroom was completely empty of customers) as I had scheduled a time to come in to take a look at a Crosstrek (I shouldn't have bothered because the showroom was completely empty of customers) as they said they had a few in stock for me to drive. We walked into a showroom full of bored salespersons yet not a singe person looked up or acknowledged us. One guy was watching videos on his computer, someone else had his feet on a desk - sloppy as xxxx. Finally had to interrupt someone's conversation to ask xxx, can someone help me? Turns out the person I was told I was meeting wasn’t even working there, even though I had set everything up just the day before, so we were passed around to different sales people, all of whom obviously could care less and seemed resentful we were making work for them. Finally we were told that there were no Crosstreks on the lot and was treated as if it were my fault for even thinking it was a possibility (due to so many shortages). I asked, “ why would you tell me there were?” (‘You’ meaning ‘the dealership’) To which he said “well, I didn’t tell you that.” No apology of accountability. No, “I’m sorry about that, I’m not sure what went wrong here” or “sorry you came down here for this to happen, I have a few used models here, if you like I’d be happy to show you them to give you a better idea.” Just defensiveness and pointing out to us it wasn’t his responsibility. Avoid this sloppy xxx dealership- you’ll be doing them a favor too as it seems like they don’t really want to be selling cars. More
