Left feeling like I was taken advantage of. Workers just wanted to upsell me rather then see how my car was actually doing and to see if the customer had any worries. Also a 2 and a half hour wait on an app wanted to upsell me rather then see how my car was actually doing and to see if the customer had any worries. I would recommend this dealer, but I have noticed that the service personnel are not as friendly and attentive as they were a few years ago. When I picked up my car, no one reviewed what was done and the service personnel are not as friendly and attentive as they were a few years ago. When I picked up my car, no one reviewed what was done and what was not done and why it was not done. I was just directed to the cashier to pay my bill. One of the reasons I brought my car in was because of a problems with the skirt around the front bumper and with the grill on the front of the car. I notified the dealer in advance when I scheduled the service that I wanted that evaluated. I imagine that dealers no longer do much "body work" now because all I got was the name of a body shop with a phone number on my receipt. I don't even know what town the body shop is in. It would have been nice to get a brief explanation that the dealer no longer does that kind of work and some elaboration why I should take my car to the particular auto body place on the receipt, instead of just finding an auto body place on my own.
