I told the service department that the front end collision went off when there was nothing with which I could have collided.I asked them to check the sensor or whatever else should have been checked collision went off when there was nothing with which I could have collided.I asked them to check the sensor or whatever else should have been checked. They failed to do the check! I called Dan Perkins the following day and was told that they would pick up my car as soon as a loaner was available.No one has informed me that a loaner is available so that my car can be taken in to have the front end collision checked!!This is very unimpressive to me!!! I worry that the front end collision will go off again when no front end collision is imminent.I read online that there is a possibility of a class action suit due to this issue. I don’t want to be involved with a class action suit but do want to seek safe in my car. Marcia Walsh More

I came to have the tire module replaced. That was done. Then I went grocery shopping and found that I could not lock my car because the key remote would not work. At first I thought maybe the battery went, Then I went grocery shopping and found that I could not lock my car because the key remote would not work. At first I thought maybe the battery went, but when I got home the other key remote will not work either. I called service they said to drop in and it would be a 10 to 15 minute procedure to re- program then. I went back the next day and was there 2 1/2 hours. They couldn’t get them to reprogram. The mechanic who put the module in couldn’t figure it out. They gave my car to a more experienced mechanic and he was able to figure out that the first mechanic put the tire module in wrong. When he put it in again, correctly both key remotes worked perfectly. This mechanic was very apologetic and I appreciated his honesty and telling me what had happened. I was disappointed because I asked the service manager why my car was taking so long. He said he would find out and then he never returned to tell me what was the problem. More

Yet again, Shelley was great. I turned in my Impreza lease for a shiny new Forester and the whole transaction could not have been any easier! I've dealt with salespeople from other dealerships that are lease for a shiny new Forester and the whole transaction could not have been any easier!
