Note that this comment was posted in June of 2021. If you were to be responding to it, this would have been a VERY delayed response! Since there was a safety issue involved, we certainly followed up and eventually, when we got our salesman Jeff involved, got the problem rectified with a trade to a different car. Happy now, but it took a lot of aggravation to get there frankly.
