Service was great - BUT - need to return evening service hours. Used to have evening service times Tuesday & Thursdays to 7:00 pm. I had to leave work early for an oil change. I recently had to deal with a service department from another Milford dealership for my husband's work vehicle. Since I have had such excellent care from Subaru in Milford, I assumed how Subaru handles another Milford dealership for my husband's work vehicle. Since I have had such excellent care from Subaru in Milford, I assumed how Subaru handles their customers is how all dealerships handled customers. I was wrong! The exceptional service received by Dan Perkins Subaru should be the standard for ALL dealerships. You should provide customer service seminars for those dealerships who lack your professionalism.
