We purchased a 2021 Subaru Forrester. Laura Figueroa in sales was very patient, competent, and friendly with us especially during the test drive. My only negative comment in the sales process is that when it came time to purchase the car, she started off with “The manager will only accept the MSRP price.” We reached a reasonable price at the end of discussions, since I had sales history info on purchases of the same car for my zip code, but this is the type of negotiation that is not pleasant to go through.
