I was once again reminded why it is best to shop locally. I bought two Subaru’s from Dan Perkins and have never regretted it. This is the second time this year I have rushed into the dealership and asked for help. Again the service advisor, David Dempsey, and the service department took care of my emergency. This staff is kind and understands how important it is to communicate with the customer. David texted me on the progress and said to feel free to text him. I feel confident in using this dealership for maintenance and that is very important for me. The extra care and time spent explaining the repair keeps me a loyal customer. An additional bonus is the spacious waiting area with WiFi, and lots of natural light. More

Wow. Wow! Wow!!! I never look forward to setting foot into an auto dealership even if this means I am closer to a new to me vehicle. Steve Savo change Wow! Wow!!! I never look forward to setting foot into an auto dealership even if this means I am closer to a new to me vehicle. Steve Savo changed my expectation of what this experience can be—for the better. Steve listened to me and understood my needs. He was enthusiastic, easy to work with, was not the stereotypical sales person, was genuine. It helped that Steve was entirely literate with text, email, and the dealership’s operation. I worked with someone who cares about the customer experience and made the transaction easier than making an Uber eats order. No easy feat! It was a breeze to make this purchase happen because Steve *listened* and I didn’t need to repeat my requests or needs. The result—I think we might have spent four (4) hours over two days from our first in-person interaction to sitting in my new car and driving away. I will definitely come to Steve again in the future and will recommend him, and the Dan Perkins team, for the experience I had. We should all be so lucky to work with a decent human being. More
I had spoke to the Sales Mgr the 2 days before picking up my car. He wasn't there the day I picked it up. No one knew about it. They had to clean my car because it wasn't ready.
