It is my pleasure to write a review of our salesman Steve Savo. We came to the showroom on the busiest week of the year, the last week in december 2020. Although we did have to wait 45 minutes, Steve apologized to us and spent enough time with us that we left satisfied. I returned on december 31st to finalize paperwork. The showroom was even busier. I waited about 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to meet with Nick to finish the registration and other paperwork. The following day I returned with my spouse to pick up my car and Steve spent the most time anyone has ever spent reviewing all the features and buttons in my car and made sure my remote access was connected. He said I could call anytime with any questions, and I believe it! He seems to truly care about client satisfaction and gave me undivided attention once he started with me. I have already told other subaru owners to go to Dan Perkins next time they want a car. This was the best car buying experience and it was all due to Steve. More
