To say I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy To say I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy is a understatement. First issue I had was I was told purchased a Subaru extended warranty w To say I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy is a understatement. First issue I had was I was told purchased a Subaru extended warranty with the car, took it to my local dealer to have it looked at it turns out I didn't get a factory warranty like I was told but instead an aftermarket one. I called DP to see if I could have the dealership closer to my house service my car bc the warranty company said if DP gives permission than it is okay.... DP refused to let me take my car anywhere else bc it was within the 40mile radius... (39.6) miles from my house, even during the pandemic but hey I let it go. So I drop the car off with Dave who was very friendly and helpful. About a week goes by and I hear nothing, so I reach out to Dave and he tells me they are still working on it, no big deal. He tells me couple days later they are going to try and get my parts covered under warranty and he didnt know the condition of my clutch so I told him let me know ASAP if it isn't good so I can order one. Couple more days go by they say I'm getting a new trans under warranty and will let me know about my clutch.... Once again I say let me know asap about the clutch... About 2 days later I get a call from MARC a so called Service "Manager" saying the trans is in and we need a clutch. I told him I was never told it needed one and that I will get him one. He then proceeds to curse me out and tell me that he and his mechanic are loosing money bc the car is on the lift. At that point I told him to talk to his service advisor bc I told them to let me know if the clutch was bad. I had to overnight a clutch and flywheel and got it to them two days after speaking to them. I got my car back about a week later, it is running great the mechanic did a great job on it I wish I could give a separate review for him.... Now you would think this review would be over but no it's not... I got a call today from DP about how my service experience went, when I told the girl I was talking to that the service manager cursed me out, she snickered and said who was it I said Marc and she replied Ooo I'm sorry as she continued to hold in her laugh. She than said well I hope you have good day sir. And that was it. Multiple times I asked to speak with the GM but he was never in when I called 🤷🏼‍♂️.. I will be contacting Subaru directly with my experience, no customer should ever be treated like this More
