Stopped in without appointment and helped immediately! I suddenly began having trouble with the Information Display LCD screen on my 2014 Forester becoming too dark to see. I tried checking the manual with no luck, then called the Subaru Customer Service number, but the rep was unable to assist and directed me to my dealership. I dropped by Dan Perkins service department unscheduled this morning and was greeted by David Ortiz, Senior Service Advisor. David immediately came out to my car and began troubleshooting the issue. After a few minutes of adjusting the control paddles on the steering wheel, he was able to locate the setting that corresponded with the info display screen brightness. I must have somehow accidentally changed it without knowing. David fixed the problem and instructed me on how to get back there, should the situation recur. He provided outstanding support and definitely reinforced my satisfaction with Dan Perkins Subaru. We're on our 3rd Subaru from there, by the way, and plan to maintain our patronage. Thanks again David! More

Joss Brenner (online sales) and Tony Setaro (sales) negotiated a very fair deal including my trade-in with just a couple back-and-forth texts and a single phone call. To be honest, I really do not like dealerships at all. I don’t like the process or anything involved with it. I reached out to Kevin telling him my requests in what I wanted in a vehicle. He was patient, answered all my questions, and informative. Being a female sometimes people in the dealership world can make you feel dumb for not knowing certain things but Kevin made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. He helped me get the best price and was very understanding and made it easy, fun, and painless. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
