He ended up checking in with me at the end of the day, keeping me updated on his progress, and later gave me a competitive quote for a new Ascent. After meeting him the following day at the office, we could tell he was very customer oriented and concerned with the perception of the dealership and well-being of the customer. He was also honest with his word. There was a mix-up regarding the inventory that was admittedly stressful, but in the end, I appreciated Steve's forthrightness when it came down to it. Once that issue was resolved, it was a relatively smooth process to the finish. Steve ushered things along politely and am sure we will be in touch with him down the line for future needs or potential business. More

It was the fifth dealership I went to, and I knew immediately, this was my last stop. Honest, caring and personable. Well, here I am again five and a half years later, and the service is even better...if that's possible. My salesman was Tony Setaro. I was purchasing a used car. I told Tony the monthly payment I was comfortable with, and what mileage I didn't want to go over. There wasn't any push or sales games, trying to convince me to purchase a car outside of my budget comfort zone. After talking to Tony on the phone, he had a car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Tony was completely available to me with any questions that I had, and his response was prompt. I noticed there was another car with the same exact make, year and model, but in a pearl gray color. Tony had the car cleaned and ready for me to inspect the next day. The end of this story...Tony kept my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it and even provided me with a car under the mileage I requested. Tony was pleasant, positive, very professional, went above and beyond every step of the way, and made my purchase seamless. I also have to mention the business manager, Nick Aquilina. Nick, if I can use the word, was refreshing. You know, sometimes when you're in the paperwork process, a business manager will try to sell you extra coverage that you don't need. Well, Nick did not push me into anything I didn't need and was also mindful of my budget as well. There is always lots of paperwork involved in purchasing a car and many questions.
