When the keys could not be located for the car I was looking at, he had me test drive a similar car and allowed me to decide what I wanted without pushing the advantages of the higher priced car. He made me, and my friend who accompanied me, feel like we were partners in my car buying decision rather than him being a pushy authority figure. Mounir was a delight to deal with and I would highly recommend this buying experience to others. Also George, the store manager, was wonderful, engaging and made the whole purchase a smooth experience (in the past I have felt extreme anxiety when buying a car).
