Trouble with my Bluetooth I've been having trouble pairing my phone to my 2015 Forester for a few days, I was driving home and found myself at Dan Perkins Subaru. I explained I've been having trouble pairing my phone to my 2015 Forester for a few days, I was driving home and found myself at Dan Perkins Subaru. I explained my problem to Gina she called, as she put it her Bluetooth specialist John we went to my car and within minutes my phone was paired and all my contacts where downloaded. Can not thank you enough for taking the time to help me out without an appointment my gosh you guys rock! More

Friendly and Accommodating Service I had done some research, but was having a tough time making a decision even though I needed to buy a car quickly. Mounir Jouhrani was so friendly and I had done some research, but was having a tough time making a decision even though I needed to buy a car quickly. Mounir Jouhrani was so friendly and informative that it made it easy to finally agree to purchase my Crosstrek. He even stayed after hours to make sure all my questions were answered. I have never purchased a car, so naturally I was nervous, but Mounir and the staff at Dan Perkins made me feel confident that I was in good hands and have helped me with any concern or obstacle I have had. I appreciate their help and I would recommend their service to anyone! More

Wonderfully easy experience I was in the market for a new highly rated (especially in safety) car being as my previous car (another brand) had been totaled in an accident. Thank you to Bob Oshrin and Dan Perkins! I went into Dan Perkins President's Day weekend to buy a Subrau and was greeted by Bob Oshrin. I had done my research regarding my trade in, price I I went into Dan Perkins President's Day weekend to buy a Subrau and was greeted by Bob Oshrin. I had done my research regarding my trade in, price I able to pay, what I was looking for and had promised myself I was not going to haggle. Bob was upfront about the price and was able to show me a brand new car for the price that I was looking to pay. The entire process was smooth and very comfortable. He completely went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and was satisfied with the car and financing. I am super excited about the free services and warrantee - I have never gotten that with any other dealer. The most important thing about the whole process; I love my car! We looked around in the lot, I had my mind s My husband and I went to Dan Perkins on Presidents day, hoping to trade-in our old car for something new. We looked around in the lot, I had my mind set on a Forester. Then I spotted a dark blue car. So we went inside the car dealer. Mounir asked us if we needed help. When Mounir looked up the car, it turned out to be an Outback. Then he wanted to know if I wanted to test drive the car. All I wanted to know is how much I could get for my old car. So, Mounir worked on getting us a reasonable trade in price. We left out that afternoon with a beautiful Outback. Mounir is a very Professsional employee who makes sure the customers are satisfied. All of the staff were very professional I had a wondeful experience. More

Kudos to Bob Oshrin and Dan Perkins Subaru! I contacted Dan Perkins Subaru and was matched up with Bob Oshrin. I can not say enough good things about Bob and my experience with this dealership. I contacted Dan Perkins Subaru and was matched up with Bob Oshrin. I can not say enough good things about Bob and my experience with this dealership. I have lease (3) other Subarus from a different dealer and each re-lease experience was worst than the last, so I finally decided to change dealers. I am so happy that I did. Bob went above and beyond to make the experience efficient and pleasant. I am not the kind of person who likes to to haggle. I want the best price up front. So It was a refreshing surprise when Bob presented me with a new lease offer that not only included additional miles but was cheaper than my current lease and it includs free service! I have already bragged about this experience to a few friends and I will continue to spread the word. Bravo Dan Perkins! More

An utter waste of time Before I even dropped off my car, I had confirmed with them TWICE that my catalytic converters would be repaired under warranty. I called when they left a message asking about their service, and they confirmed yet again that the repairs were under warranty and that my car was ready to be picked up. I got there and no repairs were done because apparently now, my warranty did not cover it. They called me about the service (this time it was not an automated message), and I let them know that right as my car rolled out their lot, my engine was making noises. The lady said her manager, Mark, would contact me. He hasn't and it's been almost a week now. Good job, Dan Perkins Subaru. I'm never buying a car from your dirt establishment nor will I ever go back for any repairs again. More

He called in the service advisor Paul to help get us what we asked for on the trade-in, and both he & Paul came up with creative solutions that helped seal the deal.
