An hour appt turned out to be 2:15. They recommended many services that weren’t necessary. They showed a balding tire that wasn’t on my car and recommended 2 tires. My partner and I visited Dan Perkins Subaru at the suggestion of close friends to explore replacing one of our ~10 year old vehicles, and ultimately [unexpectedly] replaced both within the same week! We were blown away by how attentive and informative the process was for the first, we opted to replace both, and we could not be happier we did. Gil in financing was also great to work with as no question went unanswered and saw that everything numbers and clerical was taken care of for us then and there. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone we encountered (even just in passing) ensured all our wants and needs were met. Neither of us had ever felt so well taken care of by a car dealership before, (even being Subaru owners for the last decade and working with other Subaru retailers within the Northeast in the past) and we plan to continue to see Kevin P & the fine folks at Dan Perkins Subaru for all our vehicle needs & services henceforth.
