A mechanic wrote on the inspection sheet that suspension/chassis components/bushings/ball joints as well as steering system (EPS rack/tie rods) require immediate attention. However nobody provide suspension/chassis components/bushings/ball joints as well as steering system (EPS rack/tie rods) require immediate attention. However nobody provided any details and explanations. I took my car to another mechanic I use for years and he did not see any problems with aforementioned components. However he found a problem with a real right bearing which cause noise while driving. After replacing this part, everything else is working fine. I am not sure if I should trust the mechanics at this dealership. More

Had a new battery installed4/14/23. Picked car up 4/15/23. As i drove away from the dealership i noticed scratch marks on the glove compartment and black grease on interior driver door. I bad experience because i told the associated was going on they just put a fuse for work I already paid in the past and they charge me for diagnostic it not fair.
