I had visited 2 other Subaru dealers looking for a 2023 Subaru legacy. The only available cars were in white , which I did not want. Tony helped me get a car in the color that I wanted. I went in for a service in which I made sure would be covered under my bumper to bumper coverage. I called many times and spoke to many representatives. Each one had a different response but ultimately, covered under my bumper to bumper coverage. I called many times and spoke to many representatives. Each one had a different response but ultimately, I was assured many times that I would only have to pay a $100 deductible. On the day of service they charged me over $200. Being in a place where I am experiencing a massive reduction of income this is the last thing I wanted and the very thing I was so eager to prevent. This is my third service with Subaru over the last year (2 being routine oil changes, 1 being a service for a noise coming from under the car), and I must say that while I absolutely LOVE my Subaru, I don’t appreciate the customer service related to repairs. I feel like I am constantly being drained financially and deceived as to how much the service truly costs. I was told one price and upon arrival was bombarded with a list of charges that would be added on to my final bill DESPITE having specifically made sure that this would not happen. It’s just feels like buying a car wasn’t enough, now they want to charge me any and every way they can. As a loyal Subaru customer, it doesn’t feel good and it just makes you think differently about the way they do things. More
