went on a saturday 2/21 to return my lease and look into getting a used vehicle . i was contacted by a salesman named Quentin who our interactions over the phone seemed very rude and dull. instead of being getting a used vehicle . i was contacted by a salesman named Quentin who our interactions over the phone seemed very rude and dull. instead of being informative and explaining things, he responded with "it should be in your lease agreement " while yes it is, but asking someone to explain things in a more understandable way for someone who does not know cars is part of the job wouldn't you say? fast forward to the day of and his tone and demeanor weren't the greatest. we test drive a car and he's not able to tell me much about this vehicle since "i don't sell kias often" . prior to coming i was straight with what i was interested in and told him it would be Kia's or Toyotas. if he did not have much knowledge with Kia's then he should've referred me to another salesman who did. by the end of the sale he mentioned more than 3 times to complete a survey about my experience. the way he approached it gave off the vibe he did not get the best reviews and really wanted customers to complete the review while still sitting in the show room. which makes one uncomfortable and feeling like you need to leave a positive review just in case to not make any problems or have tension. fast forward to 2/25 he calls me to tell me the paper work wasn't all signed and i needed to return back to the dealership asap to get it done. i ask to speak to a manager and express my frustration to be offered "filling up your gas tank " . not a true rectification of the situation . i know now to stay away from this dealership. More
Bad experience. Scheduled a appointment to see a car and traveled a long distance to see it. When I arrived I was told it was sold. No apology was given . I don't know if this is common practice or if there is a communication breakdown with the person scheduling a car appointment and the person selling the vehicle.
