What would make you think that bringing it back for a fourth time after already spending now $1,400 could possibly make any sense for us?? Our confidence in your service department is Zero. Lastly my husband did already send Clyde Degray a detailed e-mail to the above e-mail address on January 27th Also he called Clyde and left messages several times and he only called my husband back once. Clyde called his office after he knew he would be gone from work for the day. As soon as he found out Clyde called, he called back and again it went right to voicemail. Very disappointing.

The managers were not able to come speak to you at that time, but information on the fees and the finance rebate are published on our website. The additional cost was for the Dealer's Fee which covers administrative costs, Prep Fee which includes the reconditioning of the vehicle, safety check, and detailing, taxes, and DMV fees.
