Chris Keefe helped me; his professional nature and approach-ability made it easy to discuss my situation openly. And it turned out that the initial trade in offered is far closer to what I am looking for. Chris is personal, pragmatic and harmonious balance of being laid-back (or not pushy) and realistic in the market dynamics that are at play (e.g. urgency).
