I showed up on a Saturday to make an appointment, not expecting them to diagnose the trouble. I was surprised when they asked for my keys, pulled it into the garage and checked it out. They did not have the part in stock, understandable since its a 2019. Because they diagnosed the problem immediately it saved me time and an extra trip to the dealer for the repair.
