Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We appreciate your taking the time. We would like to apologize for the poor service you received. This is certainly not indicative of the type of experience we wish to provide for our customers. Regarding the online listing for this truck, we had only recently taken this vehicle into our inventory and so it had not been inspected, cleaned or photographed. This is why Hodge could not immediately produce it for you. We would generally try not to have customers come in to see a vehicle until it has been gone over by our service department to ensure it is in good working condition. The photos online were not meant to be misleading but were merely a stock representation of the truck until "live" photos could be produced. We have discussed your comments with our entire sales team to ensure that this type of miscommunication does not occur in the future because we want to make sure that we are not misrepresenting the products and services we sell in any way. Your comments have also served to point out the importance of making all customers feel valued and welcomed at all times. Again, we are very sorry that this experience was so frustrating and disappointing for you. Please accept our apologies with the knowledge that we will learn and improve from your feedback.
