Mel, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We are currently working on some plans to try to expedite the oil change process. Unfortunately, we've been a bit hampered by lack of space but we hope you'll notice a difference in future. Regarding the spare tire, this is something the automotive industry has done as a whole--eliminated the spare tire. It saves weight on the vehicle which improves the fuel rating. We do generally stock kits and tires and, if we don't have a tire in stock, we can usually get it the same day. I am sorry if you had to wait. Mel, we appreciate your business and hope that you will consider giving us another chance to get things right. Thank you again for your comments.
