Franco is horrible. Unresponsive, ambivalent, apathetic. Not gonna rant about the entirety of the experience. Suffices to say, this guy needs to go. He is NOT service Unresponsive, ambivalent, apathetic. Not gonna rant about the entirety of the experience. Suffices to say, this guy needs to go. He is NOT service advisor material and is doing your business harm. Quite honestly, I doubt he is mature and responsible enough to be employed anywhere. No contact in 3 days. No updates, no response to text. When called out promised to keep me informed and didnt. You suck at this job dude. Please find something else. More
This is the worst service center! !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple, multiple messages the bill changed several times ran !!!! Not only do they NOT call you back, they LIE about what you need!! After leaving multiple, multiple messages the bill changed several times ranging from $1,700 to $5,000 for work that is NOT even needed. NO ONE EVER calls you back even when you try to escalate to service manager, Yvonne. They just send you a text saying they talked with the service person (Franco) who keeps getting things wrong and replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced!!! WORST service center ever dealt with ever. Used to be a good place to go. Not sure what happened. Don't know how they stay in business!! More
Would not honor a Mopar Lifetime Warranty for a covered repair issue. Said it would cost to much for them to repair it. I have a Mopar lifetime warranty until the year 2095, yes 2095 on a car with 58,907 repair issue. Said it would cost to much for them to repair it. I have a Mopar lifetime warranty until the year 2095, yes 2095 on a car with 58,907 miles on it. Danbury Chrysler Dodge wouldn’t even call the warranty . Because if they did they would have to repair the vehicle. I called the Mopar Lifetime Warranty company and was told that the repair I needed was covered. Buyer beware and don’t get scammed like I did. More

As always, from me, All feedback and reviews are "A BUNCH OF STROKES AND A POKE"....I've dealt with the folks at Danbury Dodge / Jeep in the past. Mostly small repairs or service on both my Trucks. A couple OF STROKES AND A POKE"....I've dealt with the folks at Danbury Dodge / Jeep in the past. Mostly small repairs or service on both my Trucks. A couple bumps in the road. So this time my RAM was in for diagnosis and substantial engine repair. I was a bit nervous... My team knocked it out of the park. Dawn (my Service Advisor) kept me posted after diagnosed, and was spot on with the repair quote. Across the Hall, my guy Todd in parts, Made sure that John, (Shop Foreman) and Jack (Chrysler Tech) had the right parts to get the job done. John was great with updates as well, and gave me his expert opinion on items that are usually uncovered or also worn on a vehicle with this amount of miles. I didn't feel like I was being upsold, just steered in the right direction. When I got the call that it was ready, I went up on the same day. I went to the service area, Where I saw my truck sitting there cleaned and running perfectly.. Needless to say, I was more than happy to pay my girl AnnMarie... Thank you team Danbury Dodge. You guys rock.. Definitely a customer for life.... Shawn Gallagher Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
So I head in for a small problem, my dashboard goes off for a moment and then flips right back on. Day 1 they tell me "it's not your battery and there are no codes for us in the car to look at". Fine, th for a moment and then flips right back on. Day 1 they tell me "it's not your battery and there are no codes for us in the car to look at". Fine, they have to drive it till they reproduce the problem. Day 3 they call "we caused it to happen, it's your battery terminals, it will be 57 dollars to fix it". Sounds good, I call my wife and make plans to pick it up.... then 2 hours later I get a call "Oh it's not the terminals, it's because you have an aftermarket battery, you need to add in a OEM Jeep battery or the codes will keep coming up, and that will cost you 650 dollars."... What?? Suddenly my $57 repair became a $650 repair AND both of the things you told me when you first looked at the battery were lies, not to mention a good new battery should run about $250. More
Do not use their services. I had an error message on my dashboard for my 2019 Durango that stated AWD needs service. Vehicle had 49, 800 miles. Went to Danbury Dodge and t I had an error message on my dashboard for my 2019 Durango that stated AWD needs service. Vehicle had 49, 800 miles. Went to Danbury Dodge and they diagnosed my vehicle needs a new transmission case, costing $4000+, plus they said I needed a new radiator and additional $1900. All which seemed suspect since I have less than 50k miles. After reviewing online that this is a known issue for Durangos, hundreds of reports, I purchased a new mopartransfer case control module for $175 Error messages are gone and further testing showed no issue with Transfer Case as they stated. Saved over $5000 by diagnosing problem myself on the internet as this is a fairly common issue with my year and make. More
