1). I made an appointment about 10days in advance; I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, but took 30+ min for them to check me in. 2). Car was in just to have a look over and recommend anything that might need to get done, they said rotors a little corroded and squeaky, $800 to resurface em ... I reluctantly agreed and was told it would be about a 2.5 hr wait 3) about 90min into waiting they said all 4 pads need replacing too (this is an EV with under 25k miles ... brakes are almost never used b/c I use the regenerative for like 99% of braking), bringing the total up to a whopping $1200 ($580 per axle) for pads and resurfaced rotors

 4) as kindly as I could I told em I thought I was being hosed (specifically said that I'd get the work done this time, but at the price they quoted for just resurfaced rotors and pads that I'd likely not be coming back to this place w/o figuring out how to get another opinion / quote) , which was likely a mistake b/c im writing this review from their waiting room, where I've been holed up for 5+ hours now, more than double the time I was told this could take ... it’s 6:25p as I type this, and most all staff inside dealership left over an hour ago, im in here with the cleaning crew … dude did just come from service area to say they still working on my car and that they havent forgotten about me … the cars that came in well after me have all been serviced -like almost 2 hours ago the last person in waiting room got their car back… again, this is for new brake pads and resurfaced rotors on a car with only 25k on it (which internet says most competent shops should be able to do in 1-2 hrs). 5) at checkout they gave me voucher for a free detailing "for the wait" ... dude was like when you bring it in for detailing it'll be a couple hour wait!! lol ... Just all around a pretty trash experience. More

It was a complete bait and switch. We drove over 45 minutes to see one specific car, that they said was on site. When we got there we were told it was at their other dealership in Stam We drove over 45 minutes to see one specific car, that they said was on site. When we got there we were told it was at their other dealership in Stamford. Then we were told that car and another we were considering were both sold. The sales person also passed us off to another newer employee because she double booked the time. Only car they had for us to test drive was a new fully-loaded Kona. The salespeople tried to put me in a N-line car as well as the brand new Kona, no matter how many times we said we didn't need or want that level of car, or even a brand new car for that matter. When we tried to tell them that we were miles apart on numbers in terms of monthly payments, we were told that we were crazy...when the numbers we were originally looking to hit were on the original car, not the more expensive trim level and or completely different car that we had no interest in. I was also offered zero for my current vehicle. The salesperson chuckled and said "this is just going to be wholesale" and never actually said the offered value was $0, they just assumed we knew what they meant. But they told us they would keep it and just transfer the plates (we are actually getting $1,000 for it). It was bait and switch every way you could imagine, from vehicle to sales people. Complete waste of time. I could maybe believe that one vehicle was sold between 1 hour before closing on Tuesday to 30 minutes after opening on Wednesday...... but two? Really..... Both cars are still listed as available on the website. I'll be getting my Kona from a different Hyundai dealership with honest staff. Especially since the salesperson was so quick to bad mouth the business practices of other Hyundai dealerships in the tri-state area. I am picking up my car tomorrow afternoon, and will never shop either of their locations again. More

the absolute worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. The two managers there are horrible, would not return my phone calls and lied to the saleswoman telling her they did.
