For various personal reasons, my search kept getting put on hold. Chris knew my business and personal situation and requirements for a vehicle. He never stopped looking for one that would meet my criteria. This week he reached out to me with a suggestion on a vehicle which checked all the boxes! I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Hyundai Tuscan with very few miles on it. Besides the regular paperwork associated with buying a car, Chris took the time to assist me in getting several great insurance quotes. He was also very patient in explaining the "bells and whistles" and how to use all the features which my antiquated old car did not have! (He should be a trainer! I am not very tech savvy. Yet, he broke the information down into digestible chunks!) Justin, the Finance Manager, was also a big help. Was considering BMW X2, Audi Q3, Mazda, Honda....saw the new 2019 Tucson one day on the ride to work and thought “huh...that looks pretty good.” Because service had been so good I decided to give sales another chance. One of my best decisions ever! Eric is an asset to the sales team. No pressure, full knowledge and an overall great guy. Justin had me in and out of the business office in record time. Such a friendly bunch of guys. Will definitely keep my business there. Love the Tucson-awesome handling, quiet ride, upgraded stereo is phenomenal, looks sharp with 19” tires. Perfect for a professional who has serious issues not wanting to pay premium $’s for “designer” vehicles just to be able to say “look what I am driving” - lets not talk about the after care. The funny thing? I parked right next to one of those “designer ” cars. The only differences? The front grill and the vehicle logo. So what am I telling you? I have a first class crossover that comes highly rated in quality/service/warranty for a lot less. Now I can be comfortable and safe while driving to work and not freaking out about dirt and snow carting my golden retrievers where ever their hearts want to go - all without breaking the bank! Money saved and can go to designer purses now instead. 🤩🥂 More

If we were rating only him and the car we purchased we would have given the dealership at 5 star rating. However we unfortunately were forced to deal with John Restrepo for the trade in and initial loan calculation portion of our experience. He was the rudest most dismissive employee I have ever dealt with. He offered us half what car max ended up giving us for our trade in and was resistant to giving us actual figures for our monthly payment. Could not stand to be in the man’s presence. Awful employee that ruined our experience. More

He was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. During our test drive there was an issue and he was very apologetic for the inconvenience.
