Ridiculous and Disappointing I have been trying since May to get a document sent to Zurich insurance which is a company that handles Gap Insurance. The Gap insurance was sold to u I have been trying since May to get a document sent to Zurich insurance which is a company that handles Gap Insurance. The Gap insurance was sold to us through Hyundai at the time the car was purchased for protection and peace of mind! I simply CANNOT get document from Danbury Hyundai. My son purchased his car in August 2017, he was rear ended on May 20th and his car was totaled. We are going on three months and this has not been resolved. Danbury Hyundai is holding up the whole process by not getting this one form sent to Zurich. My son starts school in two weeks and has no vehicle. I was going to go back to Danbury Hyundai but after this I will not be recommending them to anyone! I have no idea when this will be resolved. This is ridiculous, there is no reason this should not be settled. Danbury Auto group should be embarrassed that their employees do not how to complete this process. I did speak to Justin Hagan and he has been very professional and has tried to help. Frank Cardillo never followed through with me and Zurich Insurance has been trying to get a hold of Joseph Berkner (sp) and he will not respond either. Danbury Hyundai continues to ignore the situation or tell me the document was sent. All lies. So beware in dealing with them. More
