Finally a Painless Car Buying Experience This team is amazing. I got into a car that fit my needs and also out of a bad Lease. I was so thankful to work with such an amazing team. They stayed late to finish my deal and also worked every possibly scenario to help me out of a Lease due to a changing personal situation. The Lexus I traded in was a hard lease to get out of after only a year but we made it work. I was afraid I would have to suck it up and suffer two more years with a vehicle I hated and a payment that was difficult. I was also able to add GAP insurance and an extended warranty that gives me peace of mind for 10 years or 100K miles. Frank and Shane were able to make it happen and keep my payments where I needed them. My monthly payment is where I need it to be. Nicole was great! She responded to my inquiries, stayed late to complete my sale, was friendly and professional all around. It was nice working with a female sales person for once while buying a car. I would definitely return to this team and Danbury Hyundai if and when my needs change again. I love my new Tucson and I am thankful to be back in an SUV that's practical for my newly changing lifestyle and with a payment I can afford. When another dealership works with you to purchase an expensive car that's not even a brand of theirs, it shows their dedication to earn your business. I had first started looking at a coulee other Hyundai dealers and either couldn't get them rot respond to me at all, or they were playing games with the numbers, trying to hide extra fees. When I contacted Danbury Hyundai, Chris Keefe not only responded immediately (and continued to do so throughout the transaction), but gave me a better price than I would have imagined on the car up front, with everything spelled out. No games, no tricks, just honest numbers. After a test drive, I decided to lease the car, and Chris and the team at Danbury Hyundai went out of their way to find me the exact car I was looking for (color and option package). A few days later, I was driving off in the car. When my lease is up, I will definitely be going back to Danbury Hyundai to see what they have, and hope that Chris Keefe will still be there.
