When I went to the dealership, my entire experience of purchasing a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson was positive and will be one of those great customer service stories I will tell for years to come. Chris was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the car and asked all the right questions to understand what my car buying needs were. I got there on a Friday late in the day, shortly before they closed and Chris and Frank worked like magic - I left there that night with a shiny new car that I love! A Fantastic Experience at Danbury Hyundai Upon finding the car I was interested in on their website, I was quickly and easily given an appointment to test drive the car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Chris. I mentioned the 2015 Genesis Coupe I was interested in, and it just so happened he was the salesperson that was going to help me out. While on the test drive, we talked about how fun sporty cars can be and how we've both driven our fair share of Camaros and Firebirds. I was already loving the car, so when we returned to the dealership, he and his staff quickly came to a number we could agree on. He offered the option to take the car home the same day, to which I happily accepted, and then gave me a tour of the dealership. Frank helped process the financial end of things, and I was home in time for dinner with my shiny new ride. Thank you Chris and Frank for a wonderful purchasing experience. Fermin my salesman was great, helpful and friendly I came into the dealership on Tuesday April 11th to speak to Fermin about buying a new Tucson. After a test drive I confirmed that I would buy a Tucs I came into the dealership on Tuesday April 11th to speak to Fermin about buying a new Tucson. After a test drive I confirmed that I would buy a Tucson the next day 4/12 and gave the $500.00 deposit. Because I wanted white I was told that the car had to be picked up in Massachusetts and their wasn't too much on negotiation of price by Shane. Only rebates. I confirmed with Fermin that I would be back the following Tuesday 4/18 or most likely Wednesday 4/19 to pick up the car. That gave the dealership a week to get the car and ready...paperwork, detailed etc. When I went to pick up my car a week later on Wednesday night 4/19, I waited longer than I should of. I waited an hour before the finance manager could see me. My car was not detailed, there was dust on the entire dashboard and scuff marks were on the doors and yet the finance manager charged me $137.00 for detailing. The entire dashboard was dusty. There's no reason to pay for a detail of $137.00 when it was obvious to me and my sales person Fermin that my car was not detailed. Fermin had the spray bottle cleaning the car inside. This is a rip off and frankly I should be reimbursed the $137.00 especially after just paying $33,000.00 on a limited Tucson. I've bought many cars with my brother who was an executive for GM. I've always had exceptional service when buying a car with GM. I thought I would have the same experience with Hyundai. If it wasn't for Fermin I would've gone to another Hyundai dealership. More

We have a brand new vehicle ...I love that new car smell! 2. It has way more features than our 2014 including those head-lights that follow the steering wheel, improved storage & more voice recognition. Chris has made himself more than available to answer questions and has already made a follow up call! 3. We got all this and are paying much less than the 2014 we got at a different dealership!
