We are sorry that you were disappointed in your experience here. It is always our intention to provide exemplary customer service and we apologize if you found us lacking. Our customers have responded favorably to our ‘best price’ pre-owned vehicle policy—especially those who dislike the process of haggling, but we can see how this might be frustrating to others who are used to the older tradition. We price our pre-owned inventory based on the latest values at the major vehicle auctions and the prevailing pricing for our region and, generally, find that our inventory pricing is below our competition for comparable vehicles. In regards to our dealer’s fees, the State of Connecticut mandates that all dealer administrative fees be charged at a flat rate, rather than hidden in various items and service fees. These fees cover a multitude of the dealership’s costs—not just document storage, and, again, we find our fee is in line with other dealerships in our area. Regarding Christmas day, we are sorry that you made the trip to our showroom only to find it closed but it is important to us to allow our associates the opportunity to spend time with their families and friends. Again, we apologize that we were not able to meet your needs at this time and we wish you the best of luck with your vehicle search.
