TERRIBLE service Told them my transmission was slipping. they insisted it was the drain from my AC. I told them it happens even when AC is NOT on, both my husband an Told them my transmission was slipping. they insisted it was the drain from my AC. I told them it happens even when AC is NOT on, both my husband and I felt it, I know it is not from the AC because I know that feeling from my Miata. Danbury would not fix it nor take my complaint seriously, so I went to the Middlebury dealer who drove the car, felt it slip, and replaced the transmission. there are other numerous botched EXPENSIVE service jobs with Danbury. Do not go to this dealer! More
