They respected my wished and did as I asked. It may sound simple enough but it was nice to have a dealership actually listen to what the customer wants rather than being greedy. My car was ready at the time promised, but among the recommendations was "a missing bolt on the front license plate" - really? Just fix it!!! And lastly, I've NEVER been to a dealership that didn't wash a car after servicing, Overall, a good experience, but little annoyances. More
