There was a Hyundai dealership right up the block from my home (Curry Hyundai), which I had purchased 2 previous Hyundais. However, the salesman didn't care whether I purchased my car there or not. I don't know how they stay in business! I drove many miles to get to Danbury Hyundai, and it was worth it! More

Very friendly, personable and straight forward Going into dealing with Danbury Hyundai, I had an unpleasant experience at a different dealership. I thought Danbury Hyundai, specifically John Sulli Going into dealing with Danbury Hyundai, I had an unpleasant experience at a different dealership. I thought Danbury Hyundai, specifically John Sullivan did a great job doing leg work to get me what I wanted, in a price range I wanted. He did as much as he could without my ever having to step into the dealership because I lived an hour away, which was really fantastic. While I obviously won't use them for service since they are so far away, I would highly recommend them for their sales people. More

Super Salesman! John was outstandingly generous with his time during our purchase experience. His patience with our questions and pondering our purchase was unique in John was outstandingly generous with his time during our purchase experience. His patience with our questions and pondering our purchase was unique in relation to the number of dealers with which we made contact with while updating our "fleet". Other ones didnt even come close in comparison to his warmth and determination and drive to place us in the vehicles we were looking for. The dealers auto selection was more than adequate and the facility is modern and consumer friendly with a staff that across the board was friendly and open. We live some distance away and will gladly travel there to let them provide our service needs without hesitation. We left with 2 cars that have exceded our expectations as far as quality, comfort and operation in daily use. Thanks John! Lunch is on me next time I see you. More

Always a Good Experience The Hyundai service department is the best. I don't want to go anywhere else for service. My first Hyundai wa a Veracruz, which was a great car. Then they called me b/c they wanted me to trade in the Hyundai for something else and I wound up getting a newer model Tucson, which was also a great car. Then last week they called me b/c they have people interested in a 2012 Tucson, and I drove away in a 2012 Honda! I had to make sure that I was still able to bring the car to the Hyundai service department; I didn't want to use any other service department. JT was the salesman, and he was a very nice guy to deal with. Steve Y. was very helpful with the finances and the warranties. And so far, so good - hopefully, even though I don't have a Hyundai anymore, they'll still call me in a year or so for me to trade in the Honda. ;) More
