Sleazy Dealership I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the whole process. It took close to an hour to get a lease quote and when I did, it was laden with hidd I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the whole process. It took close to an hour to get a lease quote and when I did, it was laden with hidden costs that they tried to get over on me. I would never recommend this dealership nor would I ever do business with them again. Unprofessional and a disgrace to car salesmen everywhere. They wholeheartedly embody the stereotypical used car buying experience even with a new car and this dealership sets the car sales industry backwards. More

I worked on my laptop as I waited in their comfortable waiting room while the service took only 50 minutes. Knowing exactly how long the service was going to take is a big plus compared to the private garages where you need to leave your car all day. This is our 2nd lease from Danbury Hyundai and I would return there again in a heartbeat. The sales and the service are both excellent! More
