There are systems in place that should have prevented this type of thing from happening. Obviously, we need to review those systems to see where the breakdown occurred. I would also like to apologize for the lack of communication on our part. Our Service Director takes customer service very seriously and it is highly unusual to have repeated calls not returned. If there is any other information you can provide on how your messages were left--whether through an assistant or his voicemail, we would appreciate knowing so that we can discover how your information was not flagged.
