30,000 mile service I called to get a quote when I made my appointment and the young woman I spoke to was dismissive and told me she could not give me one. When I brought I called to get a quote when I made my appointment and the young woman I spoke to was dismissive and told me she could not give me one. When I brought my car in, the woman behind the counter was much more helpful and since the service was expensive made sure I was aware of what it would cost. She apologized that I was not given a quote earlier and told me I should have been. She offered me ten percent off the service. Her positive attitude and helpfulness much made up for the negative phone call. More

Sleazy Dealership I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the whole process. It took close to an hour to get a lease quote and when I did, it was laden with hidd I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the whole process.
