Our technicians have been with us for some time and we fully trust their honesty. In light of your assertion, and not wanting to question your character, George was willing to reimburse you the money you felt was missing but you refused his offer and, given your response, he was unsure as to how to compensate you. Dear, Susan Eway - Business Development Manager, There is no misunderstanding. Someone in the Danbury Hyundai service department stole money out of my car. And question my character? How about questioning your service workers? There was no response from George about doing that other than "my guys would never do such a thing". Really? He's 100% sure of that? And why would I want George to give me gas money as he offered? Gas is very expensive and I wasnt looking for a pay day from you guys. It was a few dollars stolen, which by the way is still very disturbing no matter how much, and I love that you guys just down play that. I wonder how much money has been thieved by your service department. I love how you protect them. I see that the majority of the service reviews on this website are negative for Danbury Hyundai service department. I would never trust the service department at Danbury Hyundai again. Bottom line people.. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED AT DANBURY HYUNDAI. They have thieves working there and apparently by Susan Eway's response, they harbor them there.
