Eric immediately engaged in very personaable interaction, answered all questions, made incredibly important comparisons that resulted in my purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. I would rate his customer service skills among the best I've ever encountered. He's a marvelous source of information, wonderfully engaging, and has the kind of integrity and honesty that any customer would be priveliged to have him on their side. A wonderful communicator, he continually kept us up to date as we awaited the delivery of the car due to supply chain issues. I would have rated Eric 10 stars had they been available! Also, your dealership is among the most organized and professional I've encoiuntered and in dealing with the financial arrangements, the process was so efficient, it was incredible admirable. Everything agreed upon was exactly as stated and we' are estactic with our purchase. He ensures there is proper communication throughout the process, he is knowledgeable about information, he is kind and friendly; but above all — he is HELPFUL. When you are shopping for a new car, there are dealerships who do not care about quality and are there for the money. My experience with Chris Matos at Danbury Hyundai was the complete opposite and proved that this process can be informative, fun and enjoyable at the same time. When my first choice of a car did not work out, Chris took it upon himself to find not one but multiple cars respecting the original price range I gave him. I was able to leave with the car the same day. In addition, Dave from finance was so kind and sweet. He explained things to me as a first time solo car buyer and was in no rush to see other people. He made me feel like my time to understand was very important. The dealership deserves five stars and Chris deserves over 10. After a prior bad experience with another dealer, we had a genuinely positive experience at Danbury Hyundai. Our salesperson Kevin Molher reassured us that there would't be any additional fees beyond the st a genuinely positive experience at Danbury Hyundai. We drove 4.5 hours for a Kona EV and within a hour we were out with a new car. While I'm not sure I would go that far for my next car if I could find it locally, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Danbury Hyundai again. More
